When purchasing beats from Toista, you are actually purchasing a license to use the beat, not the ownership of the beat itself. Payments

All payments for the services provided by Toista must be made through Stripe and are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

All beat purchases from Toista are final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of the products. However, if you are not satisfied with the end result of our mixing and mastering services, we offer a refund. To request a refund, please contact us at support@toista.com with your concerns and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Toista or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Toista's website, even if Toista or a Toista authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
